m. patol. Hematoma localizado entre la duramadre y la tabla interna del cráneo. Los síntomas empiezan con vómitos, cefalea, éstasis papilar, rigidez de nuca, convulsiones y hemiplejía. El tratamiento es la craneotomía con el correspondiente vaciado del hematoma y la ligadura de la arteria afectada.
